Welcome to CreditPilotPro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CreditPilotPro website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Credit Pilot Pro, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
CreditPilotPro is a self-service software platform that enables you to pull your credit reports from the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian), review them with the assistance of AI-powered analysis, and generate dispute letters for inaccurate information. CreditPilotPro is not a credit repair organization as defined under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq.), a credit counseling service, or a financial advisory firm. All decisions regarding your credit are made solely by you.
2. Consumer Rights Disclosure
Before you sign this agreement or pay any fee, you should be aware of the following rights under federal and state law:
- You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. Neither you nor any company has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. The credit bureau must remove accurate, negative information from your report only after it has been in place for the legally required time period.
- You have the right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681j), you may be entitled to a free credit report from each bureau once every 12 months by visiting annualcreditreport.com.
- You have the right to cancel this agreement (and receive a full refund of any fees paid) within three (3) business days of signing by notifying us in writing at legal@creditpilotpro.com.
- You have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organizations Act.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Sensitive Information
The Service requires you to provide sensitive personal information, including your Social Security Number, date of birth, address, and government-issued photo identification, in order to pull your credit reports and include identity documents with dispute letters. By providing this information, you authorize CreditPilotPro and its third-party credit data providers to access your credit reports on your behalf through a soft inquiry that does not affect your credit score.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including in dispute letters
- Attempt to access another user's account or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use the Service to generate dispute letters for information you know to be accurate
7. Subscription Plans and Payment
The Service offers multiple subscription tiers (Guardian, Pilot, and Commander) with different feature sets and monthly dispute allowances. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan).
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card numbers.
7.1 Dispute Packs
In addition to your subscription's monthly dispute allowance, you may purchase one-time dispute packs (bundles of additional dispute credits). Dispute pack credits do not expire and are non-refundable once purchased. Credits are consumed when a dispute letter is mailed.
7.2 Cancellation and Downgrades
You may cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods. Unused monthly dispute credits do not carry over between billing cycles. Any unused dispute pack credits will remain available after cancellation.
7.3 Three-Day Cancellation Right
As described in Section 2, you may cancel within three (3) business days of your initial purchase for a full refund by contacting us at legal@creditpilotpro.com.
8. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to analyze credit reports and generate recommendations and dispute letter drafts. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and as a starting point for your review. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before submission. CreditPilotPro does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of any AI-generated analysis or correspondence.
9. No Guarantees
CreditPilotPro does not guarantee that using the Service will result in the removal of any items from your credit reports or any improvement in your credit score. Results vary based on individual circumstances. The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) gives you the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit reports, and the Service helps facilitate this process, but outcomes are determined by the credit bureaus and creditors.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, code, AI models, and content (excluding your personal data and credit report information), is owned by Credit Pilot Pro, Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services, including credit bureau data providers (Stitch Credit), postal mail services (Lob), electronic signature providers (SignatureAPI), payment processing (Stripe), and AI analysis (Anthropic). Your use of these third-party services may be subject to their own terms and conditions. CreditPilotPro is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.
12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by contacting us at legal@creditpilotpro.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Delaware or, at your election, online. You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREDIT PILOT PRO, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Credit Pilot Pro, Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time through the Service settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
